2 ½ cups Potato chips
1 lb. Lump crabmeat
1/3 cup Tartar sauce
1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. Black pepper
½ tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp Stick butter, cut into 6 thin slices
1 Lemon, cut into 6 wedges
Preparation
Heat broiler. In a medium bowl, finely crush potato chips. Add crabmeat, tartar sauce, mustard, pepper and Old Bay and stir until combined. Form into 6 patties and place on wax paper-lined baking sheet. Top with butter slices and broil until browned – about 1-2 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges or on a sandwich.
