| 2 ½ cups | Potato chips |
| 1 lb. | Lump crabmeat |
| 1/3 cup | Tartar sauce |
| 1 ½ tsp. | Dijon mustard |
| ½ tsp. | Black pepper |
| ½ tbsp. | Old Bay seasoning |
| 2 tbsp | Stick butter, cut into 6 thin slices |
| 1 | Lemon, cut into 6 wedges |
Heat broiler. In a medium bowl, finely crush potato chips. Add crabmeat, tartar sauce, mustard, pepper and Old Bay and stir until combined. Form into 6 patties and place on wax paper-lined baking sheet. Top with butter slices and broil until browned – about 1-2 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges or on a sandwich.
