4 Potatoes

1 Onion

4 oz. Cheese

1 tbsp Margarine

4 slices Bacon

Preparation

Slice the potatoes – peeling optional. Chop the onion, Grate the cheese and fry or microwave the bacon

Layer . . . Potatoes, and margarine

Bacon

Cheese

Repeat the layers once

Cook on lOW 8-10 hours.
