| 1 1/4 tsp | Crushed Black Peppercorns |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves, Minced |
| 4 | (6 oz) Flounder Fillets |

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Combine Lemon Rind, Olive Oil, Black Peppercorns, Salt and Garlic. Rub garlic mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 425 F for 8 min or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
