Baked Flounder with Fresh Lemon Pepper

Ingredients

2 tbsp Grated Lemon Rind
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/4 tsp Crushed Black Peppercorns
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
4 (6 oz) Flounder Fillets
 Cooking Spray
 Lemon Wedges

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Combine Lemon Rind, Olive Oil, Black Peppercorns, Salt and Garlic. Rub garlic mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 425 F for 8 min or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
