Ingredients
1 can Crescent rolls
1 lb. Pork sausage, cooked & drained
6 Eggs, beaten
½ cup Milk
¾ tsp. Oregano
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
• Cook sausage until browned, drain, set aside
• Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles, place triangles with pints toward center in a greased 12” pizza pan.
• Press bottoms and sides to form a crust, seal perforations.
• Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
• Reduce oven to 350.
• Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheeses
• Combine eggs, milk, oregano & pepper.
• Pour over sausage and cheese.
• Bake at 350 for 30 – 35 minutes
• Bake 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until sides turn loose from pan, be sure mixture is done in the middle.
