Ingredients

1 can Salmon

1 cup Cooked rice or mashed potatoes

2 Eggs

Corn meal

Preparation

Mix salmon, rice and eggs well. Shape in patties and roll in corn meal. Fry in about 1/4-1/2" cooking oil until browned.
