Heat oven to 350 degrees. Dip paper towel into oil and rub both sides of the sausage. Put in oven safe dish and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until when piereced juices run clear and skin is crisp.
While sausage is cooking, put remaining oil in skillet on medium high. Add all peppers and onions and garlic and saute until all vegetables are soft.
