2 Ripe avocados
1 Small red onion, minced
1 Tomato, diced
1 Garlic clove, mashed to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons Fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin (opt)
3 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (opt)
1. Halve and pit the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocados with a fork and stir in everything else.
