Layered Yogurt

Ingredients

1 QT. vanilla yogurt

12 Squares graham crackers, crushed

1 c Sliced strawberries (thawed if frozen)

1 c Blueberries (thawed if frozen)

1/4 c Chopped nuts

four 6-oz. Glasses milk

Preparation

1. Spoon 4 oz. of yogurt into each of 4 large parfait glasses.

2. Top w/ half of the graham crackers and berries.

3. Repeat with a second layer of yogurt, graham crackers, and berries.

4. Sprinkle with nuts.

5. Serve each person one parfait with one glass of milk.

Cook's Notes

I think that gingersnaps would be great with this!
