Almond Butter and Banana Toast

Ingredients

1 tb Flaxseed oil
7 tb Almond butter
8 slices Whole grain bread
2 Medium bananas, sliced

Preparation

1. Toast the bread.

2. In a small bowl, stir the flaxseed oil into the almond butter.

3. Spread 1 TB almond butter mixture on each slice of toast.

4. Top with the sliced banana.

5. Serve each person 2 slices of toast.
