1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Stir together the ricotta, mozzarella, oregano, and basil in a medium bowl. Place 1/4 cup cheese mixture into each pita pocket half and top with ham. Wrap in the foil and place in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
3. Serve each person one pita pocket half with one glass of milk.
