| 1 | Spiced chai tea bag |
| ½ cup | Boiling water |
| ½ cup | California Walnuts |
| 3-4 | Ice cubes |
| 1 ½ cups | Light vanilla ice cream |
| | Dash each of ground cinnamon and cloves OR a dash of pumpkin pie spice |
| 2 tablespoons | Whipped cream, for garnish |
| 1 tablespoon | Chopped California Walnuts, for garnish |
Place tea bag in boiling water and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bag.
Combine tea, 1/2 cup walnuts and ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend 1-2 minutes until walnuts are very finely chopped and mixture is thick.
Add ice cream and spices; blend for 1-2 minutes until mixture is combined, scraping sides of blender if needed.
Pour into two glasses and top each with whipped cream and 1/2 tablespoon of walnuts.
