Crunchy Coleslaw

Asian style coleslaw

Ingredients

1 package Coleslaw salad mix (preshredded cabbage and carrot bagged salad)

1/2 cup Chopped green onions

1 t Sesame seeds (or a few drops of sesame oil if you don't have seeds)

1/2 cup Sliced almonds

1 package Ramen noodles

4 t Sugar

1/2 cup Oil

2 tsp Salt

6 t Rice vinegar

Preparation

Combine cabbage salad with green onions. Toast almonds. For dressing: mix sugar, oil, salt and vinegar. Be sure the sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss well.

Just before serving add sesame seeds and almonds and crushed ramen noodles (do not use seasoning packet and do not cook).
