Ingredients

2 Or more cups Rotissiere chicken, shredded

1 cup ( or more ) Mayo

Pickle relish

1/2 cup Sweet onion

1/2 cup Chopped celery

1 Small squeeze yellow or dijon mustard

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

Garlic powder

Dry parsley

Preparation

Shred or cut chicken into bite size pieces

add all ingredients together to your likeing

(more mustard or no celery)

serve on toasted bread! Yummy....
