| 12 | Medium potatoes (4 lbs) |
| 8 oz | Cream cheese |
| 1 cup | Sour cream |
| 2 teaspoons | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Crushed garlic clove |
| 1 /4 cup | Chopped chives or green onions (w/tops) |
| 1 tablespoon | Butter |
Cook potatoes 15-20 minutes. Mash potatoes and add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, and garlic. Beat until smooth. Stir in chives. Spoon into 10 cup greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and butter. Bake for 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
