1. In large skillet stir fry chicken in oil. Remove and keep warm. Stir fry the carrots and broccoli for 3-4 minutes or until tender crisp. Remove and keep warm.
2. add 3 cups water and bring to boil. Add bouillon and stir until dissoved. Reduce heat and add soy sauce, ginger, chicken, and vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
3. Combine the cornstarch and remaing water until smooth. Stir into pan. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened
