| 6 | Flour tortillas (8 inches) |
| 3 tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 4 cups | Finely chopped Granny Smith apples or other tart apples (2 medium) |
| 1 cup | Finely chopped ripe pear |
| 1/2 cup | Quarted seedless red grapes |
| 1/2 cup | Chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup | Chopped walnuts |
| 3 tbsp | Orange juice |
| 1 tbsp | Brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp | Grated orange peel |
1. Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes or until crisp.
2. For salsa combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve with cinnamon chips.
1 serving = 1/2 cup salsa and 4 chips.
