Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

This snack will have your kids forget about cookies, cake and ice cream!

Ingredients

6 Flour tortillas (8 inches)
3 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
4 cups Finely chopped Granny Smith apples or other tart apples (2 medium)
1 cup Finely chopped ripe pear
1/2 cup Quarted seedless red grapes
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
3 tbsp Orange juice
1 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Grated orange peel

Preparation

1. Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes or until crisp.

2. For salsa combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve with cinnamon chips.

Cook's Notes

1 serving = 1/2 cup salsa and 4 chips.
