Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Break up hash in skillet and cook over medium-high heat till hash browns on one side.
Turn hash over in sections.
Make four wells in the meat. Break one egg in each well. Reduce heat to medium. Cover & cook over until eggs set as desired.
Can substitute a can of roast beef hash for the corned beef hash.
Optional-- sprinkle hash & eggs with a little shredded cheddar before covering.
