| 1 tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | Small onion, diced |
| 1 pound | Lean ground turkey breast |
| 1 | 14 1/2-oz can diced tomatoes with jalapenos |
| 1 | 10-1/2 oz can chickpeas, drained |
| 1 | 10-1/2 oz can black beans, drained |
| 1 | 10-1/2 oz can kidney beans, drained |
| 1 | 10-1/2 oz can low-soduim chicken broth |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Cayenne |
In a large pot, heat the oil on medium-low. Add the onion and saute until soft (about 3 to 5 minutes). Add the turkey and brown it (about 5 minutes). Add the remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
