Fish that kids will eat without all of the breading
1 lb Fish (prefered whitting)
1/4 cup Butter (or more)
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Pepper
Melt butter in frying pan. Add fish and pepper. Add lemon juice. Fry until browned and fish flakes easily. Serve.
