Broccoli Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

1 cup Reduced fat cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Finely chopped fresh broccoli

2 tbsp. Salsa

4 Medium Corn Tortillas

1 tsp. Butter

Preparation

1. Mix shredded cheese, broccoli, and salsa in bowl, divide into 4 even portions.

2. Place portion into tortilla and fold in half.

3. Melt cheese in quesadillas by placing two at a time on warmed skillet with butter until desired crispness for tortilla.
