Ingredients

32 oz, Frozen hash browns
1lb Cooked, lean ham, cubed
1 Onion diced
1 Green pepper diced
1 1/2 c Shredded cheese
12 Eggs
1 cup Skim milk
1 tsp Each salt & pepper

Preparation

Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Make layers of ingredients. Layer: has browns, ham, onions & peppers, cheese. Repeat. Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over layers. Cover and set on low. Cook 10-12 hours.
