Breakfeast in one

Ingredients

Whole wheat tortilla

2oz Low-fat sausage

2 Scrambled egg whites

2oz Low-fat cheese

1/3 cup Salsa

8oz Skim milk

Preparation

Scramble your sausage, egg whites, and cheese together in pan

Put your finished scrambled foods onto tortilla and wrap it up

Use salsa as a dip

Drink your milk w/ the meal!
