Taco Salad

Uses leftover taco-seasoned meat and toppings. No cooking unless you want to heat up the meat first or crips flour tortilla strips

Ingredients

2 cups Torn lettuce

Leftover taco meat & toppings

2 tbsp Ranch dressing

2 tbsp Salsa

ΒΌ cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Leftover taco shells or flour tortillas

Preparation

Divide lettuce between bowls. Top with meat & desired toppings.

Combine Ranch dressing & salsa. Divide between the bowls to top salad. Sprinkle with cheese.

Crumble taco shells and place on top. (If using flour tortillas, cut into strips-- see Cook's Notes).

Cook's Notes

Flour tortilla strips can be crisped: place strips in large skillet, spray with non-stick spray; cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently until crisp. Can use more lettuce if desired.
