GARLIC
TOMATO SAUCE
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Preparation

SEASON BEEF WITH ADOBO AND COOK UNTIL THERE IS NO PINK.

DICE, G. PEPPER, ONION, CILANTRO

ADD G. PEPPER, ONION, AND GARLIC

THEN ADD CILANTRO FOLLOWED BY TOMATO SAUCE

ADD A BIT OF VINEGAR

PASTRY:

ROLL OUT AND SPOON IN FILLING

FRY IN POT OF HOT OIL ALLOWING BOTH SIDES TO COOK.

Cook's Notes

MAKE SURE OIL IS VERY HOT BUT NOT BOLING. IF OIL IS COLD DOUGH WILL SUCK UP OIL.
