Pre bake both pie shells 14min@ 400'
Thaw and dry frozen spinich
Mix spices together and rub on Salmon
Bake in microwave on high for 5 min, let cool
Whip together 8 eggs, mayo and blue cheese dressing. Add Solmon when cooled then Spinich.
Add a layer of Cheese to the bottom of each pie shell then pour half of mixture to each pie shell top with cheese
Bake 45 mins. @ 400' or until filling is set.
to make salmon less fishy add 1/4tsp of sugar.
