These are flavorful juicy chops!
2 Pork chops
2 slices Onion
1/2 cup Uncooked rice
1 cup Water
No-salt, black pepper, and/or other seasonings to taste
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Season chops and place in a baking dish, place onion slices on top of chops, distribute rice around chops, add water, cover with foil.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until chops are done.
Slices of apple or pineapple are also good!
