This is an easy satisfying entree.
1 8 oz Chicken Breast (boneless skinless) divided into 2 portions
1/2 cup Uncooked rice
1 cup Water
No-salt, black pepper, and/or other spices to taste
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place chicken breast portions in a 9x9 baking dish, season to taste, distribute rice around chicken, add water, and cover with foil.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
Other spices such as thyme and sage are also welcome additions to this dish.
