1)In a large soup pot, cook broccoli and potatoes in broth until tender, about 10 minutes
2)In a medium bowl, mix together milk and condensed soup.
3)Blend cornstarch and water then stir into the soup mixture above.
4)Pour into the pot with the veggies. Cook over medium-medium high heat stirring steadily until think and bubbly.
5)Stir in cheese, and simmer, stirring until hot.
