Take 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Put them in your crockpot and add 1 large jar of spagetti sauce. (Not the kind with meat in it). .
Let cook on slow all day till chicken is tender and pulls apart. Cook pasta and serve over. Add a salad and rolls and you have a complete meal. Unbelievably good
