So simple, it's probably crazy to even post it. I'm including it mostly for myself, so I don't forget it as a quick, easy and healthy option to cooked or butter-laden (or cream sauce-laden, or whatever fat- laden) vegetables.
Use as much of any of your favorite fresh veggies as you like:
Suggestions--
-- celery sticks
-- carrot sticks (or baby carrots)
-- broccoli florets
-- cauliflower florets
-- radishes, quartered
-- mushrooms, whole, havled or quartered depending on size
-- green onions
-- kohlrabi sticks
-- green pepper slices
-- cucumber slices
2 tbsp. Ranch dressing
Serve the veggies with the Ranch dressing. (I'm sure you didn't even need the directions.)
You can sub fat-free or low-fat ranch; or mix some ranch dressing mix into sour cream or plain yogurt (regular, low-fat or fat free-- your choice).
