Delicious side dish for ginger coconut chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice
3/4 cup Lite coconut milk
2 Inch piece of giner minced
4 cloves Garlic minced
3 tbsp Cilantro chopped
Preparation
Prepare rice with a rice maker using their ratios of rice to water. (With my experience it will be 3 rice maker cups of rice and about 3-4 rice maker cups of water) When rice maker clicks over to warm add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Let steam for at least 30 minutes. Stir before serving. If desired you can add additional coconut milk right before serving or put it out on the table for others to add.
