Curry shrimp and rice dinner

Quick meal for a good night

Ingredients

1 pound Raw cleaned shrimp

Seasoned salt

Pepper

1 tsp. Cumin

Juice of 1 lime

3 Garlic cloves

1 Jalapeno chopped

1 Chopped onion

2 tsp. Curry powder

Preparation

season shrimp salt and pepper, add cumin, garlic, lime juice add a little oil to pan cook for a min then remove from heat add flour, onion, jalapeno, to pan and 1/2 cup water add shrimp back and curry powder serve with rice
