Ingredients

1 Whole wheat tortilla

1.5 tbsp Lowfat cream cheese

1 Apple

Cinnamon or other flavoring

Preparation

Spread cream cheese on tortilla.

Slice apples inot thin slices and on top

Fold over like a quesadilla and cut into wedges. Heat and serve.
