Barbeque Turkey Cupcakes

Turkey in bread cooked in a muffin pan

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey

1 pkg Dinner roll dough

1 cup Shreaded Cheese

1 cup Barbeque Sauce

Olive oil spray

Preparation

Cook turkey in Pan and Drain fat

Mix in barbeque sauce

Flatten a buscuts worth of dough and hold it across the muffen pan and spoon some turkey into it. The idea is to have the buscut all around the sides of the turkey.

sprinkle with cheese

Cook in oven until buscuts are done and cheese is melted.

Cook's Notes

My Kids love to help wiht this one. The can either hold the buscut or spoon the turkey. Different buskets produce different results. Sometimes I have to put 1 and 1/2 buscuts worth of dough to make a good cover in the muffin pan.

My family thought I had gone mad when I told them we were having turkey cupcakes but they loved these! We will have these again.
