| 1 | Pkt Shake'N Bake Original Seasoning |
| 1 lb | Potatoes (about 2 medium), cut into thin wedges |
| 2 tbsp | Kraft Zest Italian Dressing |
| 1/2 cup | Barbecue sauce |
| 1 cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
Preheat oven to 400. Coat pork chops with coating mix. Place in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
Add potatoes; drizzle with dressing.
Bake 30 minutes. Top each pork chop with 2 tbsp barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Make sure potatoes are cut thinly or they will not cook within the 30 minutes.
