1 Small head cabbage
1 lb Ground beef or turkey
1 Small onion
4 oz Uncooked rice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 can Rotel
1 cup Water
In 9 x 13 pan, slice cabbage and place in dish. Cook beef/ turkey, onion and seasonings. Place on cabbage, then add rice tomatoes and water. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours.
