PORK FRIED RICE

Ingredients

1 t Oil

1 lb. Boneless porkchop cut in 1 inch pieces

1 Med. onion

2 1/4 cup Hot water

1 pkg Pork fried rice meal kit

1 bag Frozen stir fry veggies

2 t Peanut butter

1/4 cup Cashews

Preparation

Cook pork and onion 5-7 minutes. stir in hot water, rice and seasoning Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Run water over veggies to thaw. Stir veggies and peanut butter into rice. Cook 3-5 minutes longer.
