| 8 oz | Green beans, stems removed, halved on diagonal |
| 4 oz | Yellow wax beans, same |
| 2 oz | Dijon |
| 2 tbl | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 tbl | Olive oil |
| | Salt and pepper |
| 1 can | Cannellini beans |
Fill lg bowl w/ ice water
Place beans in steamer basket, reduce to simmer, cover and cook till beans are crisp tender, 6-8 min
Transfer to ice water, drain, pat dry
Whisk dressing ingredients, season, add beans, serve @ room temp
