3 bean salad

Ingredients

8 oz Green beans, stems removed, halved on diagonal
4 oz Yellow wax beans, same
2 oz Dijon
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
2 tbl Olive oil
 Salt and pepper
1 can Cannellini beans

Preparation

Fill lg bowl w/ ice water

Place beans in steamer basket, reduce to simmer, cover and cook till beans are crisp tender, 6-8 min

Transfer to ice water, drain, pat dry

Whisk dressing ingredients, season, add beans, serve @ room temp
