Lower-cal option spread for crackers or fresh veggies Yield 2.5 cups
2 cups Dannon Plain Yogurt
1 cup Diced plum tomatoes
1/2 cup Minced purple onion
1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and chopped
1/3 cup Crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon Cracked black pepper
1. Drain yogurt 25-30 minutes. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Serve as desired.
