Chicken Florentine Lasagna

A great crockpot dish that freezes very well.

Ingredients

2 cans Cream of chicken soup

10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry

9 oz Diced cooked chicken

8 oz Sour cream

1 cup Milk

1/2 cup Grated fresh Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup Chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

9 Uncooked lasagna noodles

1 cup Shredded cheese

Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.

Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in bottom of greased 5 qt slow cooke, breaking noodles as needed to fit.

Spread 1/3 of spinach mixture over noodles, sprinkle with 1/3 cup of cheese.

Repeat layers twice.

Cover and cook on HIGH one hour then on LOW 5 hours or until pasta is done.
