This is the best potato Salad ever!
8 Medium potatoes, peeled or unpeeled (cubed)
1/2 lb. Bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
1 1/2 c. Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
Boil potatoes until almost done. Remove and drain. Place in an oven safe dish sprayed with PAM. Add Velveeta, bacon, and mayonnaise and mix well. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees or until cheese turns golden brown
