Cold Tuna & Pasta salad

Make Ahead

Ingredients

2 8 oz. Cans of Tuna, drained & rinsed

1/2 lb. Small pasta (macaronni, shells, rotini, etc.)

1 Small onion, finely chopped

2 Ribs celery, chopped

1/2 tsp. Celery salt

1/2 tsp. Ground pepper

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Preparation

1. Prepare pasta according to directions. DO NOT overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking and cool.

2. In a meduim bowl, break up tuna. Add onions, celery, salt and pepper. Toss.

3. Add pasta and toss.

4. Add mayonnaise and blend well.

5. Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
