1. Simmer the garlic and olive oil in skillet over high heat for two minutes (or until the garlic begins to brown.)
2. Add black beans, corn, red kidney beans, and tomatoes (if desired) to skillet and reduce to medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes (stirring occasionally) or food is heated thoroughly. Season. (Other ingrediants may be added here- green peppers, onions, whatever suits your taste!)
3. Warm up tortilla wraps in microwave. (15 seconds should do the trick.)
4. Sprinkle tortilla with cheese (salsa may be added for extra flavor), add bean mixture, wrap it up, and enjoy!
