| 1 (16-oz. | ) bag Frozen oriental vegetables OR 4 cups thinly sliced assorted vegetables (carrots, peapods, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, celery) |

| 2 cups | Rice, cooked, hot |
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok and stir-fry onion, garlic, and vegetables until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Add Albacore, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp. Water. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve over hot rice.
