Ingredients

Cooked rice

Beef and/or chicken

Zucchini

Yellow squash

Red onion

Bell pepper

Beans

Sour cream

Cheese

Salsa

Preparation

saute veggies together in a little oil and season to taste. Brown the meat. Throw all ingredients together on a tortilla or in a bowl (naked burrito) and top with cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
