Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In 13x9in baking pan melt butter in oven. Meanwhile in bowl flour, ¼ cup cheese, basil leaves, oregano leaves, salt, pepper, garlic.
Slice chicken breasts into halves or quarters. Dip chicken breasts in milk and then coat in flour mixture. Dip chicken in butter then place skin side up in pan. Sprinkle garlic on top of chiken in ½ tsp amounts, until spread over entire dish. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cheese. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash garlic and herb lightly on top. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and cheese is golden brown.
