Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

1 package Whole wheat tortillas
8 oz. Reduced fat cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 tbs. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4-cup Chopped walnuts
1/4-cup Raisins
 About one half thinly sliced apple per burrito

Preparation

1. Blend together cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and raisins in a medium bowl.

2. Place a tortilla between two moist paper towels and microwave for 15-30 seconds.

3. Spread 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture evenly over warm tortilla and top with thin layer of apples.

4. Roll tortilla up from the bottom.

5. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Keep covered in refrigerator up to one week.
