2 c Plain yogurt
1/2 Red onion
1 t Fresh mint
1 t Fresh cilantro
1 Cucumber peeled and diced
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve. Refrigerate leftovers but use within one day.
