Gyro Salad

Great summer meal.

Ingredients

1 lb. Boneless sirloin steak

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Garlic epper

1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves

2 tablespoons Olive oil

8 cups Mixed salad greens

2 cups Grape tomatoes

1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced

3/4 cup Spicy Yogurt Salad Dressing (another recipe)

Preparation

Cut beef into slices about 1/4" wide, cutting across the grain. Sprinkle with salt, garlic pepper, and oregano. Heat oil in heavy skillet and cook steak, stirring constantly, until browned.

Toss together salad greens, cucumber, and tomato with half of salad dressing. Top with beef slices and serve remaining salad dressing on the side.

Wrap it in warmed Syrian Bread.
