Delicious dish for large crowds.

Ingredients

Beef Brisket

Salt

Minced Garlic

Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation

Cut excess fat from brisket.

Rub brisket with a mixture of salt, garlic, and freshly ground pepper.

Bake at 200 degrees in glass pan, cover with tin foil, or in large electric roasting pan.

Cook 20 minutes per pound of meat.

Let rest before cutting, cut against the grain and pull as much remaining fat as possible.

Cook's Notes

Can be served with barbecue sauce or plain. Great on sandwiches.
